How Gym Tracker works

Gym Tracker helps you plan workouts, log training, and track progress over time.

1. Start here

Open My exercises first and create your workout templates (for example: chest, legs, run, yoga).

For strength workouts, add exercises with start weight and rep targets. For cardio/other workouts, choose which fields you want to track.

2. Log workout tab

Go to Log workout, choose a workout template, then tap Start workout.

During the session you can add sets/intervals, update values, edit exercises, and finish when done.

If a workout is active, return to it quickly from the live workout indicator.

3. Completed workouts tab

Review previous sessions, expand workouts to see full details, and edit entries if needed.

Use Export to download your data as PDF, Excel, or CSV.

4. Track my goals tab

Create goals (for example: body weight, body fat, distance, exercise PB, or custom goals).

Open View/Edit on a goal to update target values and log progress entries over time.

Completed goals move to Goal history and can be reactivated later.

5. Progress dashboard tab

Use the dashboard to view weekly workload, workout type spread, and active goal progress at a glance.

Tap an active goal card to jump straight into its View/Edit page.

6. Settings and backup

Update units, time format, week start day, theme, and tracker preferences in Settings.

Important: data is stored locally on your device. Export backup to Files/iCloud regularly to avoid data loss, and use Import backup when restoring data.
